I wasn't sure how the weather would be for a wedding on Thanksgiving weekend at Walnut Hill, in Raleigh North Carolina, but it ended up being absolutely perfect!

H + D had a gorgeous day late November wedding in the low 70s, making for a perfect wedding day! They had a beautiful wedding ceremony at one of Walnut Hill's many gorgeous spots for a ceremony, right alongside the pond. Their guests were then treated to a cocktail hour in front of the barn followed by a BBQ dinner and a reception to dance the night away.

One of my favorite parts of H + D's day was their first look! They had their first look under a huge tree on the property, and then they shared their vows together, privately. I love when couples share their vows in an intimate setting, before officially tying the knot in front of their friends and family, as it makes the moment that much more special. During their ceremony, their guests cheered during the first kiss which was awesome to see!
