Mackenzie & Robert are getting married!!

These two booked their wedding with me and originally planned on fore-going their engagement session since they had photos done back home in West Virginia already. However, Mackenzie reached out a few months before their wedding to let me know that they had lost a lot of weight and wanted updated photos, so we met just over 1 month before their wedding to capture updated engagement photos. I am so glad we did, because their photos are stunning! They came dressed in the best outfits, and looked so dang good together!!

We captured their engagement photos at Historic Oak View County Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. I love love love photographing at this spot! It's so beautiful all times of the year and is a very versatile location as there are many different backdrops to choose from.

While I love these photos and hope that Mackenzie and Robert will cherish them for years to come, I also am so excited for their October wedding and know that those photos will be even more beautiful. Their love shines through in their photos and it makes my photographer heart oh so happy!
